Since the launch of the product development, factors such as diversified requirements, high assembly difficulty, and complex wiring relationship have put forward severe tests for the high-quality delivery of products. The project commando team was established on April 23 and lasted for two months, and successively completed milestones such as sorting out the problem list of the early sample production process, formulating countermeasures according to the problem list, and product delivery. All members of the project team gave full play to their pioneering and exemplary role, overcame difficulties, and implemented effective measures such as process optimization and disassembly, test tooling and test procedure improvement, and factory quality inspection list, so as to efficiently ensure the high-quality delivery of products. Up to now, the first batch of products has been fully delivered, and no external quality problems have occurred, which has been fully recognized by the user market and laid a solid foundation for the batch production of the project.
