On July 3, AVIC Optoelectronics Huayi Party Committee held a commendation meeting to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and "July 1st". The conference was held in the form of on-site + video conference of the headquarters, and more than 90 party members from Shenyang headquarters and Luoyang branch participated in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wei Boxiang, deputy director of the Party Construction and Culture and Propaganda Department.

The meeting opened with a solemn national anthem. Wei Boxiang read out the commendation decision of the party committee of the optoelectronic enterprise group and the party committee of the company, and called on all party members to base themselves on their posts, practice their original mission, have the courage to take on actions, and make greater contributions to continuously promoting the high-quality development of the company.

During the event, Professor Chen Lihua of the Party School of the Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China gave special party course guidance on the topic of "Opening Up a New Realm of the Sinicization of Marxism - Deeply Understanding the General Secretary's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era", providing systematic theoretical guidance for promoting theoretical learning and practical development.
