This site installed 3 sets of high-voltage connectors and 6 sets of medium and low voltage jumper products. High voltage each set of 8 cables and 16 plugs. Medium and low voltage each set of 9 cables, 18 plugs. A total of 156 connectors. Due to the tight requirements of on-site customer loading time, the four of them worked continuously for 2 days and 2 nights until the product assembly was completed. At the end of the day, they found that after the shell was installed, the needle retreat occurred during the process of pulling back. They stabilized the scene for the first time and contacted the family in time. The home quickly held a resolution analysis meeting and arranged the deployment. work.
Through this story, I want to explain the important role of the field operators in this issue. The problem is not terrible. The terrible thing is that there is no quality awareness. There is no fear of the job. Imagine if the field operator does not have self-test. If you don't find the problem, you can load it directly. If you find the on-site operator, but you are forced by the customer's time, you don't give feedback to the home, the result will be unimaginable. Our products are installed in the important position of the signal transmission to the air conditioning system. Such an important project, if there is a problem after loading, will seriously affect the company's business reputation. Bring huge losses.
The same is true in our actual work. Think about the work we do. In fact, what we are engaged in is a very important industry, which is related to the safety of people's lives! Concerned about people's happiness index! Therefore, it is necessary to maintain awe of work in daily positions, and to maintain a great research effort on products! This is our responsibility! We should do our job to perfection. When we are not working hard enough, we feel that we are working hard and ask for special care and rewards!
I believe that many people don't know what the connector is, the role of our products in the car, so the quality is not so important! If you know that the anti-skid valve harness signal is broken, you can't stop the car. If you know that the connector or jumper is connected incorrectly due to a certain wiring point, the signal that the transmission car is moving forward or stopped is out of control. If you know that the subway can't travel because the core is dropped in the terminal block and the adjacent points are connected. If you know that the connector is connected to the wrong position, the door will open automatically after the car is started. Imagine that in the morning and evening peaks, the connector will be stunned, the door will open, and people may be pushed into the tunnel or even the wheels. If you know that the motor connector is reversed, the motor may reverse or even burn out. If you know that the design of the product is too bad and not loaded and verified, it will cause ablation or even a car fire.
Although these problems do not happen to us, but it is terrible to listen to, the product is in our hands, the right to realize the function of the product is given to us, the basic management is not limited to the design of the product, the craft of the product, The quality of the products and the basic management run through every link of our entire product. What kind of attitude should we use to face our work and what kind of responsibility to use to work? I think everyone should think about it...
